HomeGrown: A Habitat Vineyard Party Fundraiser Raises $24,000 for Affordable Housing!

On Saturday, June 7, 2025, we hosted HomeGrown: A Habitat Vineyard Party Fundraiser at the stunning Rolling Grape Vineyard, and we’re thrilled to share that the evening raised $24,000 in support of local affordable homebuilding efforts through Habitat for Humanity Peterborough & Kawartha Region!
Guests were transported to the Amalfi Coast during this Italian-inspired evening, hosted by the ever-charismatic Neil Morton of Cormor Inc. Under a clear-ceiling tent with vineyard views, guests enjoyed a gourmet meal and wine pairings by Rolling Grape, a curated silent auction, and live music from the accordion-and-guitar duo Good to Go. Heartfelt stories from Habitat homeowner Derrick and his daughter Maelyn, as well as Jane Bischoff of Our Daughter’s Home, whose daughter will soon move into a new Habitat-supported home for women with developmental disabilities, reminded everyone of the impact their support makes.
A huge thank you to our guests, volunteers, and community partners for making the night such a memorable success!
