ReStore Pickup Request
Thank you for your interest in donating to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. If you are unable to bring your donated items to the ReStore, we will happily arrange a free pickup at your home or office. We will also pickup family estates.
One of our friendly team of drivers will come to your home or office to pick up your donations. Please note that in order to continue to make this free service viable for the community, all your donations must be in good condition and in working order. The driver will use their discretion when picking up your items. Your donations will then be delivered to the local ReStore and sold at assessed value.
This form in no way guarantees that your items will be accepted or that the pickup will occur at a specific time. Following your request, you will receive a phone call to determine if we can receive your donation and to confirm pickup details. From time to time, donations may not be accepted due to overstock. Please note that we book our truck schedule at least one week in advance.
All donations must be brought out into your driveway, curbside, or to an easily accessible part of your garage or main floor of your home. Our pickup staff cannot remove items from your basement or up/down flights of stairs, otherwise a $30 pickup fee will be applied.
