We are currently seeking a Manager, Corporate Operations (Compliance Focus), a newly created role designed to strengthen internal systems, support governance, and ensure smooth, compliant operations across our affiliates.

This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels in managing processes, coordinating reporting, and supporting Board and HR compliance functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping critical workflows, documentation, and organizational systems on track.

Position Details:
• Hybrid work model (80% remote / 20% in-office in Barrie)
• Occasional travel to the Peterborough region
