Updates on Phase 2 12-unit condo build in the City of Peterborough

We are excited to share that Phase 2 of Habitat PKR’s 12-unit condo build is currently underway!

Towards the end of January, our friends from Treeworks completed the necessary tree takedown to prepare for construction, and in early March, the existing rundown house on the site was demolished. Moduloc also installed fencing around the build site. These steps have allowed us to progress with the build and move closer towards providing more affordable homes for families in need.

Habitat PKR is still currently accepting applications from individuals, couples, seniors, and families for 2-bedroom condo units in the City of Peterborough. If you are in need of safe and affordable housing, this might be the homeownership opportunity for you!
