Corporate ReStore Day

Our Corporate ReStore Day is an opportunity for organizations, corporate businesses, and community groups of up to 6 individuals to to participate in a full-day Habitat ReStore experience. Your team will be making a real difference in the lives of local families in need of affordable housing, by helping with major ReStore renovation projects, as well as helping us process donations, assisting customers, and more. Together, your team will connect with their fellow colleagues in a unique and impactful way and leave proud of their accomplishments, their colleagues, and their organization.
what does a corporate restore day look like?
On your Corporate ReStore Day, your team members will come together at a Habitat for Humanity Peterborough & Kawartha Region ReStore to roll up their sleeves, and work to support families to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.
Your team will be led by an experienced staff member in a unique team-building experience, where they will assist in ReStore renovation projects, as well as work alongside our staff, volunteers, and homeowners in our ReStores – every day at the ReStore is different depending on the donations that we receive!

A Corporate ReStore Day is ideal for corporate teams looking to give back to the community meaningfully while learning new skills and cultivating an energetic and unified workforce. Our customizable programs aim to meet your employee engagement and team-building objectives and participants get the opportunity to work in collaborative groups to complete tasks and accomplish something meaningful for their community.
For an exclusive Corporate ReStore Day for a corporate partner, we request that companies draw upon their corporate giving portfolio to help us, financially or with in-kind support, to continue to build homes in our local communities. In return, we provide you with a rewarding team-building experience and customized exposure for your company that goes beyond the Corporate ReStore Day.
Minimum Donation: $1,000 (Up to 6 Participants)
As a Corporate ReStore Day participant, you help to pay for the building materials and the land, which greatly helps with the construction costs and directly benefits a Habitat partner family or individual – while taking part in a rewarding and powerful team-building experience! The combination of volunteer hours and financial contributions doubles your impact! Investing in a Corporate ReStore Day is an investment in your team members, community, and corporate brand.
