End of Lease Closure of the Peterborough South ReStore
It is with heavy hearts that Habitat for Humanity Peterborough & Kawartha Region announces the closure of the Peterborough South ReStore this June, 2024.
Habitat PKR has been searching for a suitable location to continue serving the community through two ReStore locations in the Peterborough area, but the organization was unable to find an appropriate location before the end of the lease at 550 Braidwood Ave.
While Habitat PKR continues the search for an available property to house another ReStore in the Peterborough & Kawartha Region, the community can continue supporting our important work by shopping and donating at the Peterborough North ReStore at 300 Milroy Drive, and Lindsay ReStore at 55 Angeline St. N.
Your continued support has been instrumental in furthering our mission of providing safe, decent, and affordable housing solutions in the Peterborough and Kawartha Region.
We want to thank our dedicated shoppers, donors, and volunteers at the Peterborough South ReStore for your support over the years. We hope to continue serving you and seeing your smiling faces at our Peterborough North and Lindsay ReStore locations.
It is important to note that the closing of the Peterborough South ReStore will not impact the affordable housing programs provided by Habitat PKR. Our commitment to providing safe, decent, and affordable homeownership will continue with the support of our generous community and the Peterborough North and Lindsay ReStores.
