We are excited to share that Phase 2 of Habitat PKR’s 12-unit condo build is currently underway! Towards the end of January, our friends from Treeworks completed the necessary tree takedown to prepare for construction, and in early March, the existing rundown house on the site was demolished. Moduloc also installed fencing around the build site.
